Sidewalk Shed, Pipe Scaffolding & Underpinning

4Ever Construction provided comprehensive site protection and structural support services, including the installation of a sidewalk shed, pipe scaffolding, and underpinning work for a multi-story building undergoing construction and restoration.

The project included the erection of a heavy-duty sidewalk shed to provide overhead protection for pedestrians, workers, and surrounding property while maintaining safe access along the sidewalk. The shed was supported by a properly assembled pipe scaffolding system, creating a secure and accessible work platform for façade restoration, masonry repairs, and other exterior construction activities.

The pipe scaffolding was installed across multiple elevations of the building, with safety netting, guardrails, and access platforms to support workers and materials at various heights. The scaffolding system also accommodated material handling and hoisting operations, allowing crews to perform work efficiently while maintaining a controlled and secure jobsite.

Underpinning operations were carried out to provide additional structural support to the existing building and help protect its foundation during adjacent excavation and construction activities. The work involved carefully supporting the existing structure and coordinating the installation of underpinning elements in confined areas, including narrow foundation-level workspaces.
