Roofing Restoration
4Ever Construction completed a comprehensive roofing restoration and waterproofing project designed to improve the roof’s weather resistance, address vulnerable areas, and extend the service life of the existing roof system.
The restoration included preparation and rehabilitation of the existing roof surface, installation of new roofing membrane sections, and treatment of critical transition areas along parapet walls, roof edges, and wall-to-roof intersections. Particular attention was given to areas around roof drains, vents, mechanical penetrations, piping, and other rooftop fixtures, where proper waterproofing is essential to prevent water infiltration.
The project also included extensive flashing and waterproofing repairs at parapet walls and perimeter conditions. Existing deteriorated areas were repaired and sealed, with new waterproofing materials applied to create continuous protection at vulnerable joints and transitions. Roof penetrations were carefully detailed and sealed to reduce the potential for leaks.
In addition, damaged and weathered roof areas were restored using compatible roofing materials and protective coatings. The completed work provides a renewed, watertight roofing surface while improving drainage, protecting the building envelope, and helping prevent future moisture intrusion.
