My name is Zummal “Zac” Ashfaq, and for me, construction has never been just about steel, concrete, or brick—it has always been an art form. Growing up in a construction household, I watched buildings rise not just as structures, but as creations that carried meaning, purpose, and beauty. Those early lessons shaped how I see my work today: as a craft where every line, every detail, and every finish tells a story.
Since 2011, I’ve been building my own path in this industry, working on low, mid, and high-rise buildings across New York. Each project has been a canvas, and each has allowed me to blend technical skill with creativity. Whether restoring what time has worn down or bringing something entirely new to life, I approach every project with the eye of an artist and the heart of a craftsman.
What I create is meant to last. It’s not only about structures standing tall, but about spaces that inspire, protect, and connect people. My greatest pride isn’t in the size of the buildings I’ve worked on, but in the trust I’ve built with clients and the legacy that rises with every project.
